A Message from Our Founder

Founder & Initiative Lead Student, Mounds View High School

Hi, I'm Pranav Puligundla, a student at Mounds View High School with a passion for healthcare, technology, and making a difference in the lives of others.

I started CogniCareLife because of what I witnessed through my volunteer experiences working with older adults and individuals facing memory-related challenges. While volunteering at a senior care facility, I spent time talking with residents, participating in activities, and listening to their life stories. I saw firsthand how Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia affect not only the individuals living with these conditions but also their families, friends, and caregivers.

"What impacted me most was realizing how many people feel confused, overwhelmed, or alone when faced with a dementia diagnosis. I wanted to find a way to help educate others, raise awareness, and share reliable information in a way that is easy to understand."

My passion for this work comes from a belief that every person deserves dignity, connection, and compassionate support throughout their life. Through my volunteer experiences in senior care, hospitals, and community service organizations, I learned that even small acts of kindness, understanding, and education can have a meaningful impact.

CogniCareLife was created to be a resource for individuals, families, caregivers, and anyone interested in learning more about brain health, Alzheimer's disease, dementia, and mental well-being. Through educational articles, podcasts, community outreach, and technology-driven initiatives, my goal is to make information more accessible and help create a more informed and compassionate community.

As I continue my journey in healthcare, research, and service, I hope to use both technology and human connection to improve quality of life for those affected by cognitive disorders and to support the people who care for them.

Together, We Can Make a Difference

Thank you for being part of the CogniCareLife community. Together, we can build greater awareness, understanding, and hope.
